Ascari A10 is on top of Top Gear’s Power Lap board after beating the time of Koenigsegg CCX by three tenths of a second. The official time is 1:17.3, much better then the A10’s brother, KZ1, with a lap time of 1:20.7. This supercar was driven by The Stig, the anonymous extraordinary pilot from Top Gear. Other supercars who complete the top are Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano, Lamborghini Murcielago and Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren. It seems that some cars, like Caparo T1 and Ultima GTR, were faster than the Ascari A10 but they were disqualified for technical reasons, but they still have to watch for potential candidates for the fastest car title.
